Had VERY SPECIAL stay for a visit to Crufts at the NEC, the staff were excellent, location was fantastic close to the events. Enjoyed climate control, TV, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room. Private 

No reason to complain, very special stay for a visit to Crufts at the NEC. Clean hotel with perfect and particularly good location in Bickenhill close enough to bars, restaurants, the arena, the NEC and the train station, Birmingham 

Overall had special stay for a visit to Crufts at the NEC. The staff was superfriendly and friendly and everything was very good. The breakfast choices were very very good with beans, pastries plus coffee station.

The units are new-fashioned, neat with a lovely view, Coffee/tea and nice modern touches. No complaint and would love to go back.

The hotel was fairly clean based in a funky style building with fabulous staff. The rooms were gorgeous and absolutely fabulous equipped with nice modern touches as well as a lovely view. The location was brilliant, not too

Good and excellent meals. Super comfy room, extremely comfy bed and large bathroom.

Loved our stay here and did not want to leave. Our room was contemporary and new-fashioned, available with nice modern touches, Coffee/tea, a lovely view. We had a few hot drinks in the contemporary hotel’s bar.  

We did not want to leave, couldn't recommend more. A double room with nice decor accommodated us perfectly. Everything was really good, the staff were fairly friendly and super-friendly.

A wide range of coffee, croissants, slices of fresh bread and cereals at breakfast. Spotless room with magnificent view of the lake. Brilliant location; polite staff.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was super comfy. There was a good bathroom with a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets. The stuff was fantastic and wonderful all the time.
